1. Provided "As-Is"
uPlayVideo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements, or that playback will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure across all hardware configurations.
2. Local Execution and Liability
uPlayVideo operates entirely locally within your web browser. We do not host, index, or distribute any media files. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to play using the tool. We hold no liability for the playback of copyrighted or illicit material, as the files never leave your device.
3. Fair Use of Hosted Tools
While the media player executes locally, the HTML/JS application shell is hosted on our servers. You agree not to use automated scripts (bots, scrapers) to excessively hammer our servers for the static assets, or attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
